GSO weighs every shipment and calculates dimensional weight on oversized shipments as part of our package processing procedures. Our commercial scales are designed and calibrated to provide the most accurate weights. Actual, dimensional or oversized weights determined by GSO will be used as the final measure for calculating shipment rates, regardless of weight presented on shipping documents.

Rates are calculated by shipment weight. When weighing your package to calculate rate, be aware that any fraction of a weight takes the next higher pound. For example, a package that weighs 1.1 pounds will be billed at 2 pounds.
