Scheduled Service

If you ship an average of one package per day with GSO, you qualify for scheduled pickup service. GSO will assign your pickup location to a regularly scheduled route and a driver will come by every day during the half-hour window you choose for your daily pickup.

For example, if your office closes at 6:00 p.m., you may want to establish your pickup window from 5:30 p.m.-6:00 p.m.. We will ask that you have your packages ready by 5:30 p.m. and our driver will pick them up between 5:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. daily.

If you require additional pickups or would like to change your pickup window, contact the Customer Service Center at 800-322-5555. Scheduled customers are welcome to use our drop boxes at any time.
