In this section, fill in any special instructions you want the driver to follow regarding the delivery of your package. Special instructions might include letting the driver know that the recipient is located in a specific section of a building, or that the driver should leave the package at a reception desk or without a signature.

Our liability for loss or damage to any package is limited to your actual damages or $100, whichever is less, unless you pay for and declare a higher authorized value. You may pay an additional charge of .60 cents for each additional $100 of declared value. If you would like to declare a value of your shipment in excess of $100, please enter the amount of value you wish to declare for the shipment.
