If you don't require daily pickup service or your pickup times are unpredictable, you can opt for On-call Pickup Service and request package pickup from your office on an as-needed basis. On-call customers may schedule pickups online or by contacting Customer Service Center 800-322-5555.

When scheduling your pickup, you will be asked to make your packages available for a one-hour window within which our courier will arrive to pick up your packages. For example, if you need your packages picked up by 6:00 p.m., the shipment will need to be ready by 5:00 p.m. and we will schedule the pickup window between 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

A discount of $3.00 per package is available for Scheduled Pickup Service or Drop Box Service. If you choose to use our drop boxes exclusively, you may change your status to a Drop Box customer and receive a discount on every package you ship. Contact the Customer Service Center at 800-322-5555 to change your status.
