If you have a GSO daily scheduled courier pickup or have a confirmation number obtained by scheduling an on-call pickup and we fail to pickup your shipments, we will make every effort to recover the packages the following morning and provide same day delivery for your shipments.

In order to receive same day recovery, the customer must notify GSO of the failure the night of the missed pickup, and the cause of the missed pickup must be determined to be failure on the part of Golden State Overnight. Same day recovery is dependent upon the packages being available for our pickup by 8:00 a.m. the following morning. Same day recovery will be limited to deliveries for areas that GSO believes it is possible to complete delivery by 3:00 p.m. GSO will not provide same day recovery for shipments from pickup locations other than the customer's usual pickup address.
