GSO reserves the right to assess a fuel or other surcharge on shipments at any time. The amount and duration of any such surcharges will be determined at our sole discretion. By offering your shipments to GSO for shipment, you agree to pay the charges associated with the shipment, including the fuel surcharge. The surcharge will normally be assessed as a percentage of your shipping charges, and applied to your GSO invoice total.

The fuel surcharge is typically implemented during times of rapidly increasing fuel costs to offset the exceptional expense created by such increases. Changes to the GSO fuel surcharges will be applied effective the first shipping day of each month. If we are applying a surcharge at any time, the amount of the surcharge will be available in the form of a Surcharge Update on-line.
