Drop Box customers receive the benefit of scheduled daily pricing and the flexibility of dropping shipments at your convenience in our growing network of drop boxes. By choosing to utilize drop boxes exclusively, you may be eligible for a per package discount. Contact the Customer Service center about changing your account status and becoming a Drop Box customer.

Drop box customers may request an office pickup for packages too large to fit into the drop box at no extra charge. Each GSO drop box opening is 10" x 17" and will accommodate rolls of plans up to 24" in length. GSO drop boxes are stocked regularly with supplies for your shipping needs.

Drop Boxes are picked up once per day at or after the posted last pick up time, with many drop boxes having pickup times as late as 8:00pm. Drop boxes offer the latest pickup time in any area. You can determine the location of the nearest drop box by using the drop box locator or by contacting the Customer Service Center.
